Colby served as a volunteer FF for 21 years in roles from firefighter to chief and back again. As a full time educator, Colby is currently serving the Coyle Public Schools as Superintendent and Elementary Principal. Colby has served on several committees for VCOS, and is an instructor for BH&H and former member of the VWS Recruitment and Retention committee. He and his wife have 8 children and 6 grandchildren between them with three still in the home.
