Veronica Frincu is the Education Programmes Officer (and D&I Lead) at the Royal Academy of Engineering since 2018. When she was a child Veronica did not know what she wanted to become when she will grow up. What she did know was that everything felt so much more enjoyable when everyone felt included and appreciated. Veronica is now on a personal journey to motivate those around her to achieve their potential and give back, with kindness. In her work tasks, Veronica supports the Education Programmes Managers in their mission to harness the power of STEM and engineering education. Veronica is also leading on departmental action plans aimed at building a more inclusive, diverse, and equitable engineering workforce of tomorrow.
