Phil celebrated his 20th anniversary at Duncan Aviation in February of this year. As Duncan Aviation’s Sales Manager in Battle Creek, Michigan, he is responsible for all sales staff, regional managers, design services, market research and support staff.
Phil began his career in Duncan Aviation’s Line Services department while completing his Bachelors of Business Administration-Advertising at Western Michigan University in 2003. Before moving to sales in 2009 he was the FBO Line Services Manager in Battle Creek and Kalamazoo for three years.
Promoting teamwork inside and outside of the organization is what Phil enjoys the most. Encouraging team members to pursue innovative ideas through creative thinking is his primary focus.
Phil enjoys live music, spoiling his dogs, bicycling, and reading.
