For the last 15 years, Will Simpson has dedicated himself to fixing the ugly side of professional beauty.
Partnering with the newly formed Green Circle Salons in Toronto in 2010, Will supported the growth of new operations so that beauty professionals across North America could recover up to 95% of salon & esthetics waste.
After establishing Green Circle Salons in the Pacific Northwest, Will built custom waste recovery solutions for the industry’s largest enterprise groups before pivoting to the development of the PPE Recovery Initiative at the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Will joined Vish as Head of Partnerships in 2023, introducing industry stakeholders to an environmentally friendly hair color management solution that grows salon profits while simplifying inventory processes.
Will is also Chair of the Professional Beauty Association’s Future Leaders task force, which builds community and mentorship to support the next generation of leaders in pro beauty.
