Susie is Head of Legal Analysis at Corlytics. She leads a team of specialists in monitoring key legal and regulatory changes as well as enforcement actions. Her team provides clients with relevant, practical and consumable analysis of key developments which impact their activities.
Susie is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales. She trained and qualified at Herbert Smith Freehills, specialising in corporate law matters. She worked both as an associate and as a Professional Support Lawyer during her time at HSF. Susie also spent a period of time working in the Corporate Department of HSF’s alliance firm in Germany, Gleiss Lutz.
In recent years, Susie worked as a subject matter expert for Indicator-FL Memo, one of the leading know how service providers in the UK, where she was sole editor of a handbook on Company Law.
Susie holds a degree in Law with German Law from King’s College London and the University of Passau.
