Dr. Lars Fredriksson has been with Altair since 1996. He is currently located in Altair's German Headquarter in Böblingen. Prior to his current position, he held several positions at Altair in Germany and Sweden, among those Director ProductDesign and Director Business Development Europe.
He studied Mechanical Engineering and received his M.Sc. (Civilingenjör) from Linköping University in 1989, and his Ph.D. (Teknologie Doktor) in the area of Mechanical Engineering, Solid Mechanics also from Linköping University in 1996.
