22 years HR experience in both commercial and not for profit sectors, the last 11 years in the Health & Social Care, not for profit. Member of the Senior Management working closely with the Executive Team to ensure an effective and efficient service is provided to our staff and residents. With the support of my HR Officers and Training Co-ordinator we are responsible for the resource planning, payroll, performance management, training and any other HR related topics.
As a qualified coach & mentor and a mental health first aider, I also offer one to one sessions for staff which has been very useful during the pandemic with a large uptake by staff from different department across the organisation.
