As director for cmalliancekids, Leah Broach is passionate about equipping leaders for children’s discipleship. She began her work in international ministry followed by more than 12 years in education. After serving as a children’s ministry director at Westgate Chapel in Toledo, Ohio, Leah joined the National Office team in April 2020. Her heart is to see leaders well-equipped to reach and grow disciples of Christ of all ages. She believes that thriving children’s ministries in local churches are mission-critical for reaching the world for Christ.
