Previously IT Operations Manager at Manchester City Council, driving the Data Centre and Infrastructure Transformation with a shift from legacy traditional on-premises infrastructure to Hybrid Cloud, incorporating Hyper-Converged Infrastructure and SaaS solutions.
Extensive knowledge of Government with 20 years’ experience in Local Authority and the Civil Service, shaping strategy to meet corporate objectives spanning diverse and critical services, facing into the challenges brought about by legislative change, financial constraints, compliance requirements, and the increased use and reliance on technology to deliver operational efficiencies, cost reduction, and delivery of statutory services.
