Dr. Geraldine Hill is Advocacy Manager at SCIAF, the official overseas aid and development charity of the Catholic Church in Scotland. SCIAF works with people who are experiencing the devastating impact of the climate crisis in Africa, Latin America and Asia. It helps some of the poorest countries recover from floods, droughts and famines, and also adapt for the future. At home it campaigns actively on national and international climate change policy, to ensure that Scotland, the UK and other developed countries do enough to meet their Paris Agreement commitments.
