Arlene Carroll is a Senior Vice President of WestStar Bank which is El Paso region’s leading community bank and has over 40 years of banking experience. She leads the commercial lending division of WestStar, where she and her team focus on commercial real estate and industrial lending. Arlene serves as the Treasurer of the El Paso Downtown Management District, Immediate-Past Chair of the El Paso Chamber, Immediate – Past President of Executive Forum of El Paso and Past Chairman of the Board of the El Paso Symphony Orchestra. She served on the YWCA Board of Directors and the YWCA Paso Del Norte Region Foundation. She also served as Past President of the Board of Directors for Hospice of El Paso, and served on the Executive Committee of El Paso Westside Rotary. Arlene holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at El Paso and was a graduate with honors of the Southwest Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University.
