Dan Bruns is Vice President, Product & Investment Specialist focusing on the Large Plan Market in the Morningstar Investment Management workplace solutions group. In his current role, Bruns works with a team of investment, client service, and sales professionals to develop business and client strategy in the defined contribution plan sponsor marketplace.
Prior to his current role, he was a Sr. Investment Analyst conducting research and building investment tools to refine Morningstar Investment Management’s portfolio construction, asset allocation, and reporting systems. He also has an extensive background in software development and financial modeling.
Bruns holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from Lewis University and a master’s degree from DePaul University, Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
