Native beach girl from Cape Cod who decided early on to become a global citizen. Studied at GW in Washington, DC and worked in sales and marketing for Lufthansa developing corporate business. Then hopped over to Gallup (always asking deep questions) to even a larger hop or swim across the Atlantic to Berlin, Germany, to help grow their international business both as a Consultant and internal People Leader for over 10 years covering Europe, Middle East, APAC. Decided to then jump on the tech train and was HR Leader for several companies, coach and consultant to many startups, scale-ups, and large companies with people-DNA who need future-forward solutions and not afraid of tech and try new things.

As a long-time coach, Hilary started experiencing a huge demand of employees earlier in their careers, not just executives or senior leaders, requesting coaching. She tested the idea to create an app for employees and managers alike to receive daily coaching in less than 10 minutes a day. This non-human coaching app, bestselfy - AI pocket coach for work - came alive in December 2019 to democratize coaching for all. Hilary is CEO & Co-founder of bestselfy, Co-founder of the Secret HR Society, Mama of two amazing boys, and still a global citizen between different countries and cultures.
