Bio
Jacquie is Director of System Development in NHS England and NHS Improvement with responsibility for supporting the emergence of integrated care systems and national policy enablers to facilitate development. Jacquie was previously Head of Clinical Policy supporting improvements in health outcomes for patients. Jacquie is also a Non-Executive Director for the Patient Information Forum which aims to embed high-quality health information and support into care delivery models to improve patient outcomes and experience.
Jacquie has over 20 years’ experience of working in and supporting health and social care teams to improve the quality of services for and with their local population. Having started her career in fundholding in a small rural general practice, Jacquie has worked across the public sector at a local, regional and national level, and developed and led national transformation programmes. Jacquie has experience of both commissioning and provider development and of supporting teams to integrate care across organisational boundaries.
