Dr. Eunice Lumsden is a registered social worker and has extensive experience working with children and families and her research interests include the professionalisiation of the ECEC workforce, child maltreatment, social justice, poverty and adoption. Eunice has received awards for her ‘Changemaking’ work and research in the early years. Nationally, she has been a member of several external expert groups advising the Government of Early Years qualifications and led the development of the Early Childhood Graduate Competencies for the Early Childhood Studies Network.
