After working in Corporate for about 25 years with many leading companies (such as, Bosch, Volvo, Infosys, Praxair, Xerox, etc.), off late, I began to feel it was not fulfilling and realized that I always enjoyed building solutions to life challenges. I wanted to make a difference in my life, truly living for my purpose and hence decided to shift my path. I have experienced a roller coaster ride multiple times in my corporate journey.

I have worked with the leadership team to help them build strategies for Human Resources (HR) and have interacted with people across multiple countries and thoroughly enjoyed working with them. I have managed and led multiple teams/projects helping them develop in their corporate career. I realized I have come into this world with a clear purpose and mission: To help people live a Happy, Prosperous and Successful Life.

During the course of my learning journey, I have realized how difficult it can be to choose what systems and practices to adopt to lead the Success Path, without which we end up going around in circles. It is important not only to build the right structures but also transform our mind-set, follow right practices in order to stay focused throughout the learning phase. I started to surrender myself to mentors and invested lot of time and resources in building my journey as a freelancer.

On the personal front – Married to Seshadri since 19 years and I have one son and I manage 3 kids – all teenagers. My parents – Father 87 years and Mother 83 years
