The innovation is based on Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence, capable of analysing multiple image types and building a database of all buildings around the globe. Given an address, our algorithms locate the building, extract satellite, aerial and street view imagery of the property and then automatically analyze the images, returning the information about the building such as: geolocation, occupancy type, footprint, surface, construction type, replacement cost, number of stories, roof material & geometry, estimated age built, flood risk, distance from the nearest tree and more.
