Bio
Chris McGinnis received his PhD from University of California, San Francisco in 2021, where he worked as part of Zev Gartner’s group developing computational and molecular tools for single-cell transcriptomics and epigenomics, including DoubletFinder, MULTI-seq, and MULTI-ATAC-seq. Currently, as a postdoctoral fellow in Ansu Satpathy’s laboratory at Stanford University, McGinnis is applying this background to investigate fundamental questions in cancer immunology, including how tumors reprogram the immune system during metastasis.
