Stephen represents the Visit Wales travel trade team based in New York looking after the US and Canadian markets. Since 2018 he has maintained and grown tour operator relationships across North America focused on itinerary building and product development. His other primary function is travel advisor education and training both in person and virtually. In addition to these roles he attends various trade events throughout the year.
