Morley Barr leads the Real Estate Management team at Aspen Properties, operating a 4 million sqft portfolio. He co-founded Caret, a prop-tech company that utilizes AI to modernize and optimize processes in CRE management. He has worked with some of Canada's largest CRE organizations, including Oxford, Colliers and Ivanhoe Cambridge. He currently serves as the Vice Chair for BOMA Edmonton, sits on the BOMA Calgary board, and is a member of the Buildings Committee for the Werklund Centre (formerly Arts Commons in Calgary). His passion is the intersection of technology, AI, and operational processes in the industries he serves.
