Bio
Catie Boatwright Borde is a senior clinical leader with over 14 years of experience in evidence-based family therapy across court-involved, child welfare, and community mental health systems. She serves as Director of Training and Senior Clinical Consultant with FFT Partners, LLC, leading national training and consultation to support high-fidelity implementation of Functional Family Therapy (FFT) across diverse service systems.

Throughout her career, Catie has built expertise in clinical supervision, program development, risk management, and outcomes-driven practice focused on high-risk and justice-involved youth and families. She is recognized for strengthening model fidelity, improving system outcomes, and supporting multidisciplinary teams across child welfare, juvenile justice, and behavioral health settings.

Previously, she served in leadership and clinical roles with The New York Foundling, including Assistant Vice President of the Families Rising Program and Internal FFT Consultant. She oversaw a courtmandated FFT program serving juvenile felony offenders, supervised clinical teams, and collaborated with court systems and stakeholders. Her leadership contributed to strong outcomes, including sustained behavioral success among participating youth.

Earlier, she provided FFT services and supervision in community and child welfare settings, including roles as Functional Family Therapist and Clinical Supervisor. She also worked with Harmonium, Inc., the Northern San Diego Police Department juvenile diversion program, and school-based counseling services.

She holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Pepperdine University.
