Sameer Malhotra is the CEO and Co-Founder of Cafe Spice, a leading manufacturer of restaurant-quality prepared international cuisines. He grew up in the fine dining restaurant business and took his passion for food to the next level after graduating from Babson College’s entrepreneurship program. Sameer founded Cafe Spice in 2003 and quickly developed a partnership with Whole Foods Market, which has led to its current success. Today, Cafe Spice’s award-winning line up of heat-and-eat meals, small bites and handhelds are available in grocery stores nationwide and through Amazon Fresh. With Indian, Thai and Mexican offerings, Cafe Spice sources only the highest-quality whole ingredients making the meals fresh, clean and delicious. As a minority, family-run business owner, Sameer has an extensive background in food service, fine-dining, casual dining, co-packing and manufacturing.
