Since joining Gallagher in 2008, John has worked with a wide range of clients in a variety of industries to advise them on their retirement programs and help manage their fiduciary risk. He has spoken and participated at several retirement focused industry seminars. John is passionate about helping his clients understand their workforce and the appropriate investment and plan design to drive positive participant outcomes. John has experience with 401(k), 403(b), defined benefit pension plans, and nonqualified deferred compensation plans.
John’s primary focus is helping organizations optimize their employees’ retirement plan experience and improve their overall financial wellbeing. Through his innovative thinking, John consults with committees to understand the connections between risks associated with an aging, unprepared workforce, and the bottom line for organizations. As a consultant in the mid to large market, John’s primary objective is to guide Gallagher’s clients in reviewing and managing their retirement programs from both an employee benefit and risk management perspective. John, along with the rest of the retirement team, focuses on holistic retirement consulting.
In his current role, John also serves as part of the national practice’s leadership team. He focuses on ensuring our teams deliver on best practice strategies for both governance and financial wellbeing. He also manages key strategic partnerships with recordkeepers and service providers.
