Ndivhu Nepfumbada joined TransUnion Africa in 2017 and serves as Chief Human Resources
Director for Africa. Prior to this role, she was Group Executive of HR for PPC, a JSE-listed
cement and building materials manufacturer. She was also Country HRM and Executive Director for Shell SA and worked in various HR functions based in London. Nepfumbada was Group Head of Transformation for Nedbank, responsible for driving the strategy and agenda for the culture and comprehensive transformation of the bank.
Her first HR Director role was at Cummins SA where she created an effective HR function and
went on to look after the company’s interests in Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Botswana. She started
her HR career as a graduate trainee at Anglo Gold on one of their mines.
Nepfumbada is a transformational HR leader whose career spans more than 20 years. She
holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Natal and a Post-graduate Diploma in
Management (PDM: HR) from Wits Business School.
