FSSC 24000 Strategic Advisor

Francisco Esteve is the Strategic Advisor for FSSC 24000 at Foundation FSSC. With more than 30 years of experience in the food and consumer packaged goods industry, he has worked since 2011 in risk and compliance management, quality management systems, and computer systems validation for Pharma products in IT. A computer engineer by training, Francisco has worked in various corporate positions in Switzerland and the USA and for Nestlé since 1993. There he managed the redesign of the corporate business principles and drive of corporate culture through the design and deployment of training and communications. Francisco was also involved in the corporate Human Rights and Sustainability committees. He was responsible for CARE, the social audit program for Nestlé regarding conditions of work and employment, business integrity, safety, health, environment, security, local communities, and labor accommodations. As such, he participated in creating the BSI PAS 24000, which is the basis of FSSC 24000.
