Appointed to her current post as Chief Executive of Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in April 2005 Fiona led the Trust through a successful merger, becoming a Foundation Trust and forging innovative partnerships to deliver the Trust’s clinical strategy. Fiona has been a Chief Executive in the NHS for almost 20 years. Fiona’s private sector career spanned 10 years within the manufacturing sector as a human resources professional. Fiona has also chaired the Board of Trustees of a national charity, Cruse Bereavement Care, Chairs the Thames Valley and Surrey Local Health Care Record Programme and has been the Executive Lead for Frimley Integrated Care System for just under 2 years.
