Dr. Tunde Salako is an insurtech and health enterpreneur with experience in the business of engendering access to insurance and fostering penetration. His background and expertise have obliged him the privilege to have cut across several industries spanning insurance, healthcare, and more recently data science. He has worked with both local and international professionals at C-suite and board levels on multiple projects channeled towards achieving specific goals. Tunde’s interests cut across technology, analytics, and business process automation. He is passionate about the use of tech to galvanize inclusion in the insurance ecosystem.
He is currently the Co-founder and CEO of a health Insurtech- Hadiel. Hadiel is a digital health insurance platform accelerating insurance penetration and inclusion via technology and data. Hadiel is an alum of the Insurtech Hub Munich & Medical Valley Digital Health Centre and, also a member of the Barcelona Health Hub.
Tunde is an alumnus of the prestigious College of Medicine, University of Lagos and, the Imperial College Business School, United Kingdom. Currently, he serves on the board of Aerate incorporated, U.K and Insurtech Mentors, U.K. In the past, Tunde also served as an advisory board member of the Imperial College Business School Alumni Board between 2015 and 2016.
