Jason has more than 14 years of experience serving global and domestic clients in the consumer business and power and utilities industries. He currently serves a global hospitality company and is a key resource for consulting on strategic transactions and a variety of technical topics. In addition, Jason has two years’ experience in Deloitte’s national office accounting consultation group, where he gained significant experience in financial reporting matters, joint venture investment and consolidation transactions, merger and acquisition transactions, leases and established an extensive network of subject-matter specialists to advise our clients. Jason also has experience with regulatory matters, including the pre-clearance of accounting issues and responses to comment letters with the SEC.
