Entrepreneur (through a "management buyout" in 2002) and Managing Director since, had a wonderful experience on what it means to take a small company (<15 employees) to a medium-sized company (>80 employees) and experiencing how complex that is!
After several years spent in reselling "best of breed" ICT products/services to the market, in 2015 I launched a new project that aims to create a platform for designing 'customer journeys.'
Everyone is willing to awe the users with a new digital experience, and Wikipoint does precisely that.
Being 'designers of immersive customer journeys' has, therefore, become my mission.
The project went live in January 2019 under the name of Wikipoint.
We are currently looking for early-growth financing (Round A).
Having spent six years working in Ahmedabad (India), I grew a significant experience on the keys that allow an offshore team to reach high productivity levels and release 'Enterprise-level' products while meeting the always stringent deadlines set by customers.
The Wikipoint project has been designed and developed, making use of this model.
