Shane is an experienced leader in design, construction, and innovation of the utility sector with more than 23 years at Southern Company. He currently manages teams focused on data analytics, innovation, and connectivity for Alabama Power. Shane is passionate about bringing new technology, innovative ideas, and data analytics into the energy sector. Shane is graduate of the Southern Company Experienced Leadership development program and Georgia Tech’s Management of Leadership and Innovation program. He serves on the EEI Distribution Executive team, the Board of Trustees for the Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering, and the AEIC Data Analytics Council. Shane Holds a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering and is a Licensed PE.
