Urszula Brykała is a Research & Development Senior Specialist at the Radioactive Waste Management Plant in Otwock-Świerk, Poland. She specializes in materials science and technologies for radioactive waste management, leading and contributing to research projects focused on developing and testing materials for safe disposal.
Urszula has over a decade of experience in research and industry, including work at the Institute of Electronic Materials Technology in Warsaw, where she was involved in advanced ceramic materials for nuclear applications, and in the private sector as a technology specialist developing and testing materials. She has authored several scientific publications in the fields of nuclear materials and ceramic composites.
She holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Technology from the Warsaw University of Technology.
