Jeff is a licensed lawyer specialising in legal technology usage in litigation and investigations. At EY, he is a leader within the Forensic Technology practice group where he manages and oversees the delivery of eDiscovery, data analytics and cyber incident response services. Prior to joining EY, Jeff led a Magic Circle law firm's global roll-out of an eDiscovery managed solution. Jeff is recognised for his expertise in developing teams which deliver bespoke technical solutions to complex data challenges and driving efficiencies through the implementation of proactive and defensible workflows.
He is called upon to consult on data preservation and identification, early case assessment and review strategies and the use of technology assisted review and other artificial intelligence technology. Jeff is considered a thought leader, appearing on panels and in publications. He has successfully argued in arbitration hearings and attended case management conferences as a forensic technology expert.
