Erica is an SEN specialist and EdTech Demonstrator Lead for Highfurlong School. Highfurlong leads the SEN Strand of the EdTech Demonstrator Program in collaboration with The National Star College. Erica also works with the Advisory Teaching Team for Blackpool’s inclusion team where she specialises in Communication and Interaction needs. She has worked in special education for the past eighteen years and uses her wealth of experience as an Assistive Technology Practitioner to help ensure that all students have the right assistive technology to enable them to be as independent as possible in order to fulfil their potential.
