Hi, there! My name is Ashly (she/her/hers) and my career in higher ed and graduate admissions spans nearly a decade. Most of this time was at Emory University where I worked in all aspects of admissions including enrollment strategy, recruitment, application review and decisions, financial aid, and scholarship review. Before moving to Atlanta, I completed my BA in Religious Studies at Lawrence University (Appleton, WI) where I was also a two-sport athlete. After finishing undergrad, I moved to Australia where I competed in a professional basketball league for two years before returning to the US to pursue an MA in Islamic Studies/Sociology of Religion at the University of Chicago.

My favorite thing about admissions work is helping students articulate their passions and define their goals--so, I'm thrilled to be a part of the CollegeAdvisor.com team!
