Leon is responsible for TWC IBM’s Meteorological Services teams across N.America, Europe and Asia. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology and Oceanography from Plymouth University, UK and a Masters in Applied Meteorology and Climatology from the University of Birmingham, UK. Leon has over 30 years of weather forecasting experience for many industries including Media, Transportation, Aviation, Energy, Retail and Utilities. He was also a TV presenter for local and national UK TV stations and the Weather Channel in the 1990s.
