Dominic has been a fan of Penhaligon’s from childhood, having been introduced to the brand by his grandmother at the age of 12. A love of British Heritage, and a passion for perfumery, led to him working for the brand in a retail capacity from 2013, and in 2016 Dominic joined the Perfumers 1870 head office as a Trainer.
Developing his role in the business, in 2018 Dominic was promoted to Education Manager, a role which consists of supporting the business globally with a focus on training customer facing team members and business partners on Penhaligon’s Product Knowledge, Perfumery and Service Excellence. Dominic also acts as Brand Ambassador, supporting PR and Social through various immersive events, such as new product launches, VIP Fragrance Profiling, Influencer events and Instagram Live.
