Andrew Parley is Partner at Lenczner Slaght and Head of the firm’s Construction & Infrastructure practice group. Focusing on commercial litigation matters, he represents individuals and businesses of all sizes before all levels of court in Canada, including the Supreme Court of Canada as well as various administrative tribunals. As a mechanical engineer by training, Andrew has a strong understanding of engineering and construction project management. He is senior counsel on several major construction and infrastructure disputes and works closely with important firm clients including 407 ETR, Crosslinx, Aecon, and Easton’s Group.
