Ellen Ashdown (PMP, CSM) is Traction University's Knowledge & Content Manager. Traction University creates and delivers training and enablement programs for Traction employees, clients and community partners. TU works with higher education institutions to develop programs to help students to meet the requirements of the 21st century. Ellen is a Salesforce certified consultant with 20+ years’ experience as a technical writer, trainer and project manager. She has worked in BC's high tech industry since 1998 and has taught in Simon Fraser University’s Technical Communications program since 2005.
