With 25 years’ experience in data and insight-led strategy, Chris has devoted his career to helping organisations succeed through precise and purposeful award-winning creative communications.

Chris has held leadership roles in both independent and networked agencies including the Unlimited Group and Omnicom. He’s delivered global marketing programmes for Activision, Aviva, BBC, Bacardi, British Airways, Canon, CooperVision, Danone, Diageo, EA, HSBC, IBM, McLaren, PayPal, RB, Samsung, Sony Mobile, Unilever, Virgin Trains, Virgin Media, and Vodafone.

Following a 3-year stint in the charity marketing sector, Chris started his agency career in 2000 with roles in client leadership and strategy before establishing one of the first social band consultancies in the UK in 2009, becoming an alliance partner for PwC.

In 2011, he joined the Unlimited Group as Chief Digital Officer for TMW Unlimited. Here, he launched two new social and technology agencies during his 6-year tenure before joining Omnicom in 2018 where he worked across RAPP Worldwide and their technology and data business, Code Worldwide.

Outside of work, he’s served as a non-executive director and trustee for multiple organisations focused on widening access to education and improving social mobility.

With a career that’s spanned the start of the web and the digitisation of communications through to the birth of social media, the rise of data-led marketing, and the growth of mass personalisation, automation and AI, Chris has a passion for transformation powered by technology and managing the cultural change needed to grow.
