Odette is the Southeastern Regulatory Director for Vote Solar where she advances solar energy priorities in Florida, the Carolinas, and Virginia. Prior to Vote Solar, Odette worked at the US Department of Energy's SunShot Initiative, leading research and development in solar workforce, community solar, and low income solar access. She also enjoyed a short but sweet assignment on the Energy Team at Pacific Command and lived in the beautiful Kailua.
Odette has a master's degree in International Affairs from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, and a B.A. in Government and French from Cornell University.
