Clark Mica is responsible for directing all of TFI's policy and advocacy efforts and ensuring the fertilizer industry’s voice is heard on Capitol Hill. Prior to joining TFI in 2009, Mica worked as Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Intergovernmental Relations for US Department of Housing and Urban Development where he served as the liaison to the White House and Federal Agencies for intergovernmental issues.
