Alastair has been Regional Co-ordinator Manawatu–Whanganui for the New Zealand Landcare Trust since 2011 and provides technical support and expertise for staff in effective mapping. He supports communities to undertake their own mapping and map analysis using available data and a range of tools. He has a passion for working with communities to undertake environmental programmes.
