Don Clutterbuck serves as the Business Development Manager for the OCS360 cloud-based platform. Originally from Bellmore, New York, Don now resides in Delafield, Wisconsin, with his wife, Vicki. Together, they have two sons and three grandchildren.
Don graduated from Valparaiso University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE). Early in his career, he worked with a defense contractor, gaining hands-on experience aboard Navy FFG frigates before transitioning to the industrial automation sector. He began as a PLC specialist with an Upper Midwest automation distributor representing Horner and later moved into sales management, where he spent 30 years. Joining Horner, Don became a member of the OCS360 team, committed to advancing Horner’s integrated factory-to-cloud solution.
