A seasoned Pharmacovigilance (PV) expert boasting over 25 years of extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Natalia has garnered a wealth of professional insights across all facets of PV globally. Her career spans diverse roles in multinational innovative pharmaceutical companies, generic companies, and Contract Research Organizations (CROs), collaborating with numerous business partners along the way.
Natalia excels in implementing and spearheading strategies to establish new PV systems, as well as streamlining and optimizing existing pharmacovigilance processes to align with regulatory requirements on a global scale. Beyond her contributions to organizational PV frameworks, she actively serves as a distinguished local and international chair speaker and imparts her expertise as a trainer in forums like DIA and ICH.
Educationally, Natalia earned her medical degree from Charles University in Prague (MD) and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from City University of Seattle. Additionally, she completed the Leadership program at Duke Kunshan University in China, further enriching her leadership skills and global perspective.
