Dr Malte Gerhold is the Chief Integrated Care Officer at Birdie, an age tech startup on a mission to reinvent the way we age. Malte leads on bringing Birdie's insights to Local Authorities and the NHS. Prior to joining Birdie, Malte was a member of the Board at the Care Quality Commission, leading on strategy, analytics and communications. He previously has lived and worked in Sierra Leone, and before that worked in the UK at the Prime Minister’s Delivery Unit, the Department of Health, and Accenture.
