Chad Thomas is the Channels Account Executive at Mambu, where he focuses on bringing Mambu’s core banking platform to North American credit unions through focused strategy and partnerships. With a mission to make tier-one banking technology accessible to financial institutions of all sizes, Chad helps credit unions adopt flexible, composable solutions that meet the evolving needs of their members.
Before joining Mambu, Chad spent more than 15 years at JPMorgan Chase, followed by a decade in the banking software industry, where he worked across the full suite of front-to-back solutions including Core, Digital Banking, FCM, Journey Manager, and LOS. His combined experience as both an end user and a product expert gives him a unique perspective on how technology can transform financial services and deliver real value to institutions and their clients.
