Mark Ashton has served as the Lead Minister of Christ Community Church in Omaha, Nebraska since April of 2006. Mark has spoken at universities, churches, and conferences all over the United States, helping students, professors, families, and professionals discover the powerful love and truth of Jesus. In addition to ministries of compassion, Mark is considered a worldwide expert on subjects like introducing people to Jesus, helping churches become outward-focused, and church leadership. Mark met his sweetheart, Kelle, on his second day of college, and married her before graduation. They have four eclectic and phenomenal children: Caleb, Caysie, Josiah, and Haiven. Mark loves to play with his kids, watch sci-fi movies, bike for long distances, coach volleyball, golf poorly, barbecue, and paint.
