I hold a Bachelor's degree in Tourism with a specialization in Management of Tourism Service Companies from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Spain. Additionally, I earned an MBA from UPC and a Master's in Marketing and Commercial Management from the University of the Pacific. Over the past 20 years, I have led Buganvilla Tours, a prominent tour operator in the Ica region, where I have successfully initiated numerous initiatives to promote sustainable tourism and drive innovation in the sector.
In addition to my role at Buganvilla Tours, I have over 10 years of experience as a university lecturer, teaching courses related to tourism and business management. This experience has allowed me to share my knowledge and expertise with the next generation of tourism professionals. Throughout my career, I have collaborated closely with both public and private institutions, holding key roles in projects aimed at fostering the development and expansion of the tourism industry.
