Jesse leads the Power Delivery data analytics team at Alabama Power, helping the company drive data-informed decisions and modernize its grid across Alabama. Jesse previously led the sales and client success groups at E Source Data Science working with utilities to implement decision-support systems across their organizations. While Jesse was a leader at E Source, the company developed its grid capital deployment and customer-centric data science product lines, which grew 2X over three years. Prior to E Source, Jesse was Director of Strategy at StrategyWise, a regional data science consulting firm based in Birmingham, Alabama. Before working in the utility industry, Jesse spent 10 years in various commercial roles in chemical manufacturing with positions across the southern U.S. Jesse holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of Alabama and an MBA from Emory University in Atlanta.
