Brett is the President of Work Plan Retire since 2001 and co-founder of Hero7 in 2018, a technology company that created a process management system for DC, DB and Non-Qualified retirement plans that allows Plan fiduciaries to ensure their service providers are executing properly on all Plan service agreements.
He has advised an employer clientele in excess of $1 billion in retirement plan assets and currently servicing over 50 retirement plan clients for Work Plan Retire. Brett has sat on the National Advisory Boards of several top 401(k) Providers such as Prudential, ING, Fidelity, Alliance Bernstein, Fisher Investments and Transamerica.
His undergraduate studies were at UCLA and UC-Santa Barbara, culminating with a BA in English from UC-Santa Barbara.
